MIRPM - Michael joined Colin Bibra in 2013 and oversees the running of our Estate Management Department. Throughout his time with the company, Michael has acquired a wealth of industry knowledge and experience and is a fully qualified member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. As well as overseeing the Estate Management Department, Michael is actively involved in acquiring new business; he thoroughly enjoys engaging with prospective clients, as well as the directors and leaseholders of our current developments.

DIPLM - Tim started his estate management career with Colin Bibra in 2002, making him one of our most experienced Estate Managers. His duties include undertaking regular block inspections, overseeing repair works, preparing budgets and attending Annual General Meetings. Tim’s calm and logical approach to estate management has gained him a very good reputation in the industry and he is often highly sought after by our new clients.

AIRPM – Sara began her career with Colin Bibra in 2015. Her position here has recently advanced and she now assists Michael in his role overseeing the management of the Estate Management Department. As well as these responsibilities, Sara’s role involves overseeing the management of a number of our largest estates, where her interpersonal skills have allowed her to foster strong relationships with her clients. As well as the knowledge Sara has obtained throughout her career, she is also working towards her IRPM Qualification and is currently an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Wallace’s interest in the property industry started in 2016, when he undertook a ‘Real Estate Registration Course’ in his native country, Australia. Since moving to England in 2019, Wallace has worked as a Section 20 compliance officer and estate manager. He joined Colin Bibra in 2020 and has since worked closely with his clients and executed his role in a calm and professional manner.

Since joining Colin Bibra in September 2021, Sidney has established himself as a key member of the team and currently oversees a portfolio of estates. Sidney executes his responsibilities in a professional manner and uses his seven years’ experience in the property industry to calmly handle every situation he faces. He is currently working towards his IRPM qualification and hopes to sit his exams in the near future.

Peter started his career with Colin Bibra in 2008. Since then, he has undertaken a vast array of financially-based tasks, which have helped him gain a well-rounded understanding of the leasehold finance sector. Peter works with our clients’ appointed accountants to ensure that they can deliver their year-end accounts in a timely manner. As well his financial responsibilities, Peter is responsible for handling incoming business. This involves reviewing our incoming clients’ leases to ensure that their set-up and management complies with the leases of the properties. Peter is also part of our Data Administration Department.

Peter has a background in banking and began his career in estate management in 1998, joining Colin Bibra in 2001. He has a wealth of industry experience which has proved invaluable to leaseholders and directors. His main role incorporates assistance with conveyancing and providing advice on legal and financial issues to both colleagues and clients.

B.Sc. (Hons) - Asa’s career with Colin Bibra began in 2003. Since joining, Asa has immersed himself in the financial department of the business, where his current responsibilities include overseeing our outgoing contractor payments, issuing periodic financial reports to our clients, and helping Peter Milstead oversee the management our clients’ year-end accounts. Asa also works within our Data Administration Department.
