History

Chatsfield Place was constructed in 1968.

Description

Chatsfield Place consists of two similar four stories buildings, each with two entrances, giving access to twenty four flats, with entry-phone security installed. Small area of lawn adjoins the building.

Either garaging or off street parking spaces are provided with each flat, lock-up garages being the ground floor under the eastern block of flats.
