Energy Performance Certificates
New Legislation
Landlords should now be aware that from 1st October 2008 all properties offered for rental must have an Energy Performance Certificate (E.P.C.)
Failing to provide an E.P.C. will result in heavy fines, not only for the landlord but also for the Estate Agents who are letting the property.
