Home Information Packs Abolished

Home Information Packs have been suspended with immediate effect pending primary legislation for a permanent abolition. The requirement for packs will be suspended for anyone selling their home from 21 May 2010.

However, the energy performance certificate, which ranks the energy efficiency of a home with A to G ratings, will be retained and must be produced by the seller within 28 days of putting a home on the market.

Location

Occupying a prominent corner position bounded by Culmington Road to the east and Mattock Lane to the north, Pursewardens Close consists of an attractive cul de sac development of low rise apartments.
