Home Information Packs Abolished

Home Information Packs have been suspended with immediate effect pending primary legislation for a permanent abolition. The requirement for packs will be suspended for anyone selling their home from 21 May 2010.

However, the energy performance certificate, which ranks the energy efficiency of a home with A to G ratings, will be retained and must be produced by the seller within 28 days of putting a home on the market.

Location

Occupying a particularly central and convenient situation on the north side of Hamilton Road close to the junction with The Mall.

Literally five minutes walking distance from The Broadway shopping centre and

Description
