History

College Court was constructed in the mid 1960s/

Description

Built with mellow facing brick on four floors under a mansard tiled roof, College Court consists mainly of 2 storied maisonettes with those on the ground floor having their own entrance directly off the grounds and those on the upper floor separated via two communal entrances and walkways at second floor levels.  There are also four single storey flats with balconies in the centre of the development.

The entrances are protected by entry-phone security systems and are designed for low maintenance.

There are large lawned gardens on the south east side of the development with shrubs and mature trees to the south and west sides, together with a very large car park and three garage blocks on the north side.  The majority of flats own a lock-up garage and some an allocated car parking space.

Tenure

Each flat is held under a lease for a term of 999 years from December 1987 the time at which the existing management company "College Court (Ealing) Management Limited" acquired the freehold title.  All the Lessees own a share in the management company.
