About Chatsfield Place

Location

Occupying a highly sought after yet quiet and secluded position close to the centre of Ealing Broadway.  Chatsfield Place is a cul de sac at the southern end of Park View Road, arguably the most sought after residential road in Ealing.

Chatsfield Place is bounded by extensive park fields to the north and eastern sides which stretch across to Hanger Lane, is within 200 yards of Ealing Cricket ground and yet within 10 minutes walking distance of Haven Green and Ealing Broadway.

Crossrail, scheduled to pass through Ealing Broadway station will provide quick access from Maidenhead and Heathrow in the west and to Paddington, the City, and East London, Kent and Essex.  At present, Heathrow Connect provides a frequent 20 minutes service to Heathrow airport and the underground provides excellent connection to the West End, the City and central London via the central and district lines.

History

Chatsfield Place was constructed in 1968.

Description

Chatsfield Place consists of two similar four stories buildings, each with two entrances, giving access to twenty four flats, with entry-phone security installed.  Small area of lawn adjoins the building.

Either garaging or off street parking spaces are provided with each flat, lock-up garages being the ground floor under the eastern block of flats.

Tenure

Each flat is held under a lease granted for a period of 120 years from 25th March 1969 and the management responsibility rests with Chatsfield Place Residents Association Limited, a company in which all the lessees hold an equal share.

The residents recently purchased the freehold interest in the development.

If you have any enquiries regarding Block Management you can email Tim Young at tim@colinbibra.com and Peter Hodges at peter@colinbibra.com.
